Warp weaving

Warp weaving technology is equipped with single-bed warps and warpers. 

  • Machinery: allows production of single-faced warp-knitted fabrics with surface masses ranging from 50 to 300 g/m2 and the width not exceeding 200cm (common 150 – 160cm)
  • Classification of machines: 18 – 28E
  • Weaving options: charmeuse, reversed charmeuse, satin, reversed satin, sateen, filet, tulle, chain, mesh, filling, crosswise waves, pattern weaves - two- or three-machine
  • Material processed: polyester, polyester/carbon, m-aramid/metal, m-aramid/viscose/metal
